How it works

So, you've found some lovely things on our website, and you'd like to make an order.

We operate a pre-order system for collection in West Linton.

Our week starts on Saturday evening, when we open up pre-orders for the following weekend, and make sure our freezer stock is up to date.

Any extras we have from the weekend go straight into the freezer on the day of baking, and is made available for pre-order collection so we don’t waste a thing

How to order

We bake on Saturdays, and we bake first-thing in the morning, with orders are ready for collection usually by 9-10am.

We have a deadline for new orders or subscriptions each week. This allows us to prep the right amount of starter, dough, and loaves in time for collection.

  • For Saturday collection, order up until 12 noon on Friday

Subscription

Any of our lovely bakes can be bought as a subscription, which means you can look forward to a lovely fresh loaf of bread or a still-warm foccacia every week without having to lift a finger.

Subscriptions are charged each week and are ready as usual by 9-10am on Saturday mornings.

One-off

If you’re ordering for a single special occasion, or just giving us a try, then you can order any of our bakes as a one-off purchase, and they’ll be ready for collection by 9-10am on Saturday mornings.
